This means we are prepared to answer questions from all over the World. South African veterinarians are lucky enough to complete their studies at Onderstepoort. This is one of the leading veterinary training Universities in the World. This course currently takes 7 years to complete, in other words we know dogs and cats back to front, inside and out. South African veterinarians are working all over the World too, who knows perhaps your local veterinarian is a South African!
Cybervets is the first website to look like you are visiting the veterinarian. We have based the website on an actual practice. The home page is the “waiting room” of the practice. We have: a consulting room, diagnostic lab and online directory management room too.
Cybervets was also the first to offer a comprehensive online question form. When you register and add a case you will be asked a number of simple questions. The more accurate you are here the better your answer will be. We have added an easy step by step process that maximises on the amount of information we need to draft and individual answer to the cases that we see.
The diagnostic lab is a fun room where you may browse various lab procedures such as: radiographs (x-rays), ultrasound images, blood smears, skin scrapes and much more.

Hi Guys, was having a look at your product offering today. Was wondering whether you will be doing arrangements with pet insurance schemes for your fees? I live in Cape Town and have my dogs insured with Medi-pet SA. They have been awesome to date with over 3 claims paid nice and promptly, be good if you could then reclaim costs to you from them maybe?

Thanks for the tip. Yes we are looking into this. Cyebervets wishes to dominate the E-Health market for pets. This will mean that we would need to involve the insurance guys too.
